Pastor David Poulette
Pastor David Poulette has his Masters in Social Work, BA in Psych and is a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC), an Ordained Minister, the Founder of Lifeline Outreach Society, and is a past CEO of BC Teen Challenge.
For more than 28 years, Pastor David has been involved with the less fortunate in the downtown core of Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. In 1998 David opened his private counselling practice through his RPC status. His strengths in receptive and reflective listening and empathy along with his skills and gentle manner, bring a relaxed and safe atmosphere to his counselling environment. In 2005 David earned his BA in Psycology and in 2007 gained his MA in Social Work where he then joined the Surrey Fraser Mental Health and Addiction team and is currently employed as the Co ordinator of the CRP division which assists in housing those with mental illnesses.
Pastor David’s experience working with individuals who have encountered many of life’s tragedies and abuses has enabled him to grasp the extent of human crisis and the depth of counselling needed to bring healing for the quality of life desired. He has experienced great success in the counselling field and believes God wants everyone to be free to live the quality of life He intended. Through the healing of the total person, physically, emotionally and spiritually, David sees a change in people that only God can have a hand in.
