History of the Anchor House
In the past we were sharing a home for people at risk of living on the street. This was an independent living house that encouraged individuals to develop self disciplines and search out God for their situations.
There was a constant need:
- For general labour, construction, and maintenance at the Richmond Lifeline Campus housing; as well as volunteers for upcoming house improvements such as a commercial kitchen.
- Skilled volunteers that can counsel individuals in the situations
- Recovery program to be set up such at Celebrate Recovery
- Christians to join us in discipleship of those we serve through fellowship and bible studies.
